MANILA, Philippines – New Zealand is stepping up its engagement with the Philippines.
Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and Foreign Minister Winston Peters visited Manila in 2024 as the two countries continue discussions on the Mutual Logistics Support Arrangement (MLSA) as well as the Status of the Visiting Forces Agreement that will enable joint military exercises and training.
